Result from a blend of the 3 grape varieties of Champagne, this fresh, lighe and delicate batch reflects on the expertise of our Champagne House.
This champagne is perfect for your cocktails, receptions or improvised aperitifs.

Champagne Edouard Gauthier

It is a champagne for every occasion. Fruity, light and generous, its blend includes the 3 noble grape varieties of Champagne : 66% Chardonnay for the delicacy, 17% Pinot Noir for the power and 17% Pinot Meunier for the smoothness.

You will serve this champagne on every occasion, from aperitif to dessert.

 

 

Cuvée de Réserve Brut

This non-vintage great champagne is the result of a subtle alliance between the 3 grape varieties of Champagne. Ageing in the depths of our cellars gives a big aromatic range to it.
Round, fruity and slightly full-bodied, but still fine and elegant, it will go well with all your meals.

Carte Noire Millésime 2010

This vintage champagne is made of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. Its very fine bubble and its golden colour are a testament to the years of ageing in our cellars. This batch mixes floral hints, intensity and freshness.

« Cuvée du Cinquantenaire » Brut Rosé

This salmon colored « seductive » cuvee is the result of a blending between the Chardonnay and the Pinot Noir, firstly vinified in oak barrels for 1 year. Its freshness and lightness is surprising. This fruity and balanced cuvee will be paired with all your aperitifs, red fruit desserts and foie gras.

« Cuvée Réserve » Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs

This vintage champagne is made with the Chardonnay only from the Grand Cru terroirs of Aviez, Cramant and Chouilly.

This cuvee from only one vineyard plot in a place called "Prêtrosses" in Chouilly expresses all the typicality of a Grand Cru Chardonnay champagne. Its freshness, minerality and fruitiness will surprise you with its very subtle and fine white flower and quince flavours. For the aperitif or to accompany your meal, for example with a scallops tartare, this champagne will know how to exalt your palate.

Created in 1987 and dedicated to Marie-Joséphine Lanaud, mother of the fouder of the House, this cuvee is the assemblage of in equal parts of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to reflet their harmony. The grapes of this Champagne non-vintage came from the best years and the best vintage.
Elaborated with some reserve wine aged slowly in oak barrels, this cuvee raises a wine as round, aromatic and pleasant with his yellow fruit aromas and with this vanilla's tastes and toasted.

After appreciated the Cuvee Marie-Jospéhine, you can discover this limited series and numbered (1000 copies for sale), from the harvest 1998 or 1992. The freshness of the chardonnay accompanied with the subtle aromas of the Pinot Noir. To taste between 10 and 12 degrees to not rush this old champagne, which will unveil you his personality...

Ratafia

Our ratafia is traditionally made by addition of Marc and Fine Champagne to the non-fermented must. With 18% of alcohol by volume, its ageing in oak barrels brings its intense amber color and dry fruits, crystallized fruits and prune notes. Served fresh as an aperitif, it can alsao be paired with melon and foie gras.
